The world’s most popular grape varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Chardonnay, Riesling (we could keep going!), and each is associated with specific European wine regions. This evening, Nate Norfolk will discuss how these individual grape varieties were used to create the world’s most classic styles of wine, from Bordeaux and Burgundy, to Rioja, Mosel and Chianti, and why these styles became the benchmark for wine production across the globe. A night not to be missed for both novices and seasoned enthusiasts alike!
