|1792 Single Barrel Bourbon||7|
Single Barrel Bourbon, aged eight years. On the palate are notes of candied fruit, coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, and some gingerbread on the back. There’s ample wood structure here, giving the whiskey some tannin - and tempering the sugars - the chewy cinnamon bun of a finish is worth waiting for.
|E.H Taylor Single Barrel Bottled in Bond Bourbon Single Barrel||10|
Bottled at 100 Proof an increasingly hard to get single-barrel Bourbon from Buffalo Trace. Flavors of apple cider and sweet, buttery caramel and vanilla come through as well. Some hot cinnamon, toffee, and burnt sugars on the finish. A classic drinking low-rye Bourbon.
|Jefferson’s Reserve Groth Cask Finish||12|
Aged six years in oak, then a further nine months in Napa’s Groth Winery Cabernet Sauvignon casks. Lots of grape tannins and dark cherries stand out among other flavors like cinnamon spice, with a notable kick of red pepper. It’s full-bodied and almost chewy on the palate, with a finish that’s long and dry with lingering notes of lush, red fruits.
|Stagg Jr Barrel Proof 132.1 Bourbon||10|
From Bourbons 8-9 years old. Rich, sweet chocolate and brown sugar flavors mingle in perfect balance with a bold, rye spiciness. The boundless finish lingers with hints of cherry, clove and smoke.
|Pikesville Straight Rye Whiskey 6 Years Old 110 Proof||8|
Recently rated the #2 whiskey in the world by Jim Murray’s Whiskey Bible! Produced in Kentucky from extra-aged barrels stored in prime warehouse locations. Aromas of Dusty cocoa notes with oaky smoke underneath. Dry and spicy, with honeyed rye and cloves on the palate, with Soft vanilla and baking spices on the finish.
|Suntory Hibiki Harmony Japanese Whiskey||10|
Highly requested and rare, this is the perfect introduction to Japanese whiskey. Luscious, smooth and sweet, with flavors of apricot candied orange peel, and aromas of sandalwood, white chocolate and rosemary. A blend of malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, aged in rare Mizunara oak and sherry casks.
|Russell’s Reserve 6 Yr Old Rye||8|
One of the most under-rated rye whiskeys in America. Tons of cinnamon spice, rich smoky grain flavors, and a beautiful sweet charged oak finish. Master distiller’s Jimmy and Eddie Russell have over 90 years of experience between them and it show’s in the balanced rye from hand selected barrels.
|Yellowstone Select Bourbon||9|
Just released, the creation of this whiskey was orchestrated by Paul and Steve Beam whose family have a long history of distilling whiskey. Soft for being 93 proof with flavors of hazelnuts, toffee, caramel and spice, combined with light notes of citrus peel, wood and vanilla. That dark sweet and nutty character reminiscent of candied nuts and peanut brittle with every sip.
|Nikka Pure Malt Japanese Whisky||10|
A blended malt named in honor of Masataka Taketsuru, the father of Japanese whisky. He is the first Japanese who mastered whisky-making in Scotland and produced the genuine whisky in Japan. Masataka learned that the natural resources surrounding a distillery were essential for quality whisky. Based on his thought, he selected two places, Yoichi and Miyagikyo, and built two distilleries there. Its gentle malt flavor, fruitiness and extremely well-balanced taste make it a perfect entry point into the world of Nikka.
|Iwai Tradition Japanese Whisky||10|
This malt driven spirit is truly a reflection of contemporary Japanese whisky. Incredibly balanced, soft and layered. A blending of sherry, bourbon and wine casks with hints delicate hints of peat make for a harmonious whisky.
|J. Rieger & Co. Kansas City Whiskey||8|
An amazing blend of Bourbon and Rye between 7 and 11 years old, with a small amount of 15 year old Oloroso Sherry. Arguably the greatest craft spirit our staff has tasted in the last year. Incredibly soft with notes of caramel, sweet smoke, and subtle earthy and nutty flavors, bottled at 92 proof.
|Old Potrero Single Malt Rye||10|
This straight rye whiskey was aged in new handmade charred oak barrels. By the early 19th century, coopers had learned that if they allowed the heat to continue, the inside of the barrel would burst into flames and become charred. Handmade oak barrels-charred in this traditional manner-impart a rich color and unique character to this rye whiskey.

Only 15,000 bottles were produced, from a combination of three bourbons ranging from 6 to 12 years, including a 6-year wheated bourbon, a 7-year rye bourbon and a 12-year rye bourbon. The result was an exceptionally smooth bourbon with a touch of spice & fruit and a long, warm dry finish.
|Crown Royal Northern Harvest Rye||7|
Trust us on this one, winner of Jim Murray's Whiskey Bible's Whiskey of the Year for 2016, and best Canadian Whiskey in the 2017 edition. Fruit, baking spices, dark sweets, red licorice and a touch of vanilla and citrus followed by a light touch of woodiness that kicks up towards the end. Showing off the uncharacteristically soft and smooth side of rye.
